From one family's journey to a community's sanctuary

Legacy began as a home health agency. When the pandemic made it impossible to keep nurses on staff, we faced a choice — and chose to follow the deeper calling behind the work.

Our founder cared for her mother through younger-onset dementia while still a teenager. She lived the gaps firsthand — the exhaustion, the isolation, the support that never came. After her mother passed, that experience became a mission: be the support we didn't have.

In 2023 we became a nonprofit devoted entirely to the caregivers of loved ones living with dementia — their wellness, their rest, and their community.
